CSE Comsource has formalised the project delivery process to ensure that all communication projects run on time and on budget. We have a well proven approach that ensures reliability and quality assurance for our clients. Our method involves the following key steps:

Consultation

CSE Comsource believes that successful projects are built on early engagement and the development of a clear understanding of the project objectives. Our team has many years of industry experience and the Consultation phase provides a solid foundation to the project.

Design & Planning

The Design & Planning phase includes comprehensive needs analysis, technology evaluation and product selection and project time and resource planning.

Engineering

The Engineering phase develops the initial design into an engineering specification and includes detailed design planning, implementation planning and drafting of project specific engineering documentation. Our team provides a wealth of technical experience to our clients and ensures that a quality, fit for purpose solution is delivered.

Installation

The Installation phase involves system build and rollout at the customer site(s). The installation process involves the mobilisation of appropriate personnel and plant to site and the active supervision of all sub-contractors. CSE Comsource has a demonstrable history of successful system implementations in large complex site environments including Port, Rail, Mine, LNG Plant and Offshore Platforms.

Commissioning

The Commissioning phase encompasses Site Acceptance Testing and construction verification to ensure that all installations are completed to the relevant Quality specifications.

Training

CSE Comsource provides a comprehensive training service to assist with system transition.

Maintenance & Support

CSE Comsource extends the relationship with the customer to offer a comprehensive support service for all system management and maintenance requirements. Our capabilities include the provision of integrated management services which allows for all service contracts to be managed by a single source.
